When will I receive my Box?

Boxes ship by the last week of the month, for that months subscriptions. For example, if you subscribe 6/2 your box will ship by 6/30. If you are a renewing subscriber, your box will ship after the 15th of the month,

We list any extra boxes on our website after all the subscription shipments have been completed. We post on our social media when there are extras. One time boxes are $5 more than subscriber price and do not include free shipping. If you are a subscriber and would like to add an extra box, email us at and we can arrange that for you.

How often will my subscription be re-billed?

Subscriptions renew automatically based on the package you chose when you signed up. Billing is done on the 15th of the month. 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at , within 7 days of receiving your shipment. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can  make changes to your subscription anytime by logging into your account at Cancellations must be made 10 days prior to the next billing date to be effective for that month; or the 5th of the month. Cancellations made after this date will be effective as of the following month.
